- Should have worked under stringent SLAs
- Should be willing to work under 24X7 environment (Shifts)
Job Responsibilities :
- To be the first point of escalation, providing guidance and instructions to Level 1 support to diagnose and Resolve. Take assignment of incidents where subject matter expertise and experience is required for Diagnosis. Responsible for (Level 2):
- Provide business/functional support
- Responsible for incident investigation, diagnosis and recovery within the defined service levels
- Action Service Requests
- Provide customer updates as required
- Escalate incidents, as required
- (AND / OR)
- Make changes to components or where a complex resolution is required, for example code change,
- Hardware replacement or vendor support. Responsible for (Level 3):
- Provide technical support
- Responsible for incident investigation, diagnosis and recovery within the defined service levels
- Action Service Requests
- Provide customer updates, as required
- Base build, test, patch management, image fault management, cluster management, device hardening, policy compliance, vulnerability scanning, capacity planning – Experience in standard ticketing and performance tools
- Storage provisioning, migrations, configuration, problem and change management, implementation of array build, fabric management, VSAN design, manage switches, storage consolidation, NAS/CAS support, fabric upgrade – Experience in standard ticketing and performance tools
- Database (Oracle, DB2, SQL Server) and Backup & Recovery
