a. Developers: 4+ years of experience in Core Java, JDBC, XML Unix and basic SQL.
Knowledge of J2EE application server would be good. Lots of energy and eager to work.
b. Leads: 6+ years of experience in Core Java, JDBC, any J2EE application Server preferably J Boss, conceptually good understanding of all J2EE technologies. Good knowledge of Unix and basic SQL. Good communication and customer facing skills.
