Job Role : IT Helpdesk - Technical Support Associate (100% voice process)Provide Technical solutions to the external customers
Eligibility Criteria:

1. (BCom, BSc, BE, MCA, MBA)Freshers 2010,2009,2008,2007 pass outs.
2. Any Graduate (10+2+3), Diploma Holders (10+3)
3. Must have good command over English 
4. Fluency, Vocabulary and pronunciation.
5. Must have basic knowledge of Computer and operating systems
6. Must be willing to work in Shifts

Selection Procedure:

• Group discussion
• Technical Interview
• Communication Assessment round

Documents to be carried:

• Updated resume
• Copy of your Photo identity, Driving license/Passport/PAN card- Offer letter/Increment letter of the current organization
• Latest three months pay slips
